Colour several sheets of Bounty paper towels with food colouring. Allow to dry.
Stack the paper towels and cut out the petals of a flower. This will make multiple shapes.
Repeat step 2 with white paper towels. Make the petals smaller.
Glue the white petals onto the coloured petals.
Glue a small dowel stick to the back of each flower.
Press the centre of one paper towel into the bottom of the cup. Insert the flowers and use another paper towel to keep the dowel sticks in place.
Display and enjoy!
