Cut paper towels into 10—cm strips. Fold one strip repeatedly until it is approximately 2 cm thick.
Trace a heart and cut it out, making multiple heart shapes. With a red marker, add dots to each heart.
Fold red construction paper in half. Cut a half circle and unfold into a whole circle. Make a spiral by cutting a continuous curve around the circle. When you get to the middle, stop and hold the middle section and the spiral will drop down.
Make a hole in the middle section and add a ribbon for hanging the mobile.
Push a threaded needle through four or five hearts, and then thread the needle into the top of the spiral mobile. Repeat with the other hearts. Separate hearts on each thread and hang the mobile for all to enjoy.
